I was waiting to go to the loo at Starbucks. I desperately wanted to go because I had a long journey and you know how it feels when you just can’t wait anymore.

The door was closed so I assumed that somebody was in there. At some point a very kind gentleman said to me that I need to ask a barista to open the door. I asked them. Magically the door opened and nobody was in there. It was the best feeling ever.

So many times in life we assume things without questioning our preconceptions. Without questioning our beliefs. We get enraged with other people without truly understanding them. We endure pain from previous experiences because we don’t speak up.

Maybe if we just started speaking up more and asking ourselves and others more questions we would have a better understanding of things around us. Maybe if we just become more curious about life we might have new experiences.
